Looking for Account Specialist for a Call Center in Sherman!

As an Account Specialist, you will work with the consumer to find the best solution for resolving account(s).

The two main skill sets needed to be successful are the ability to communicate professionally in situations of adversity, and the ability to quickly problem solve for a call center doing soft collections.

(There will be 4 weeks of training in Sherman and all positions will be work from home)
