Dynamic, growing company is currently seeking ​a Staff Accountant to join our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and post journal entries
• Analyze general ledger accounts
• Support for AP and AR
• Daily cash reconciliations
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing
• Assist with budgets
• Fixed asset updates
• Loan reconciliations
• Assist with audits and special projects

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor in accounting/finance
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Intermediate MS Excel skills
• 2+ years prior work experience as a staff accountant
• Knowledge of AP, AR and Inventory
• Experience with Quickbooks a plus
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
