Responsibilities: • The role of an inside sales representative in real estate client support involves several key responsibilities. These include staying updated on local information to effectively respond to client questions regarding available properties and the nearby community. • In addition, the role involves tasks such as conducting follow-ups, managing email communications, overseeing the sales pipeline, engaging in daily role-playing exercises to improve skills, and coordinating appointments along with timely follow-ups. Qualifications: • Demonstrate receptiveness to coaching and collaboration, recognizing that personal development is intrinsic to success in this role. • Exhibit strong organizational abilities and effective time management. • Possess outstanding communication aptitude. • Preferably possess prior experience in phone-based sales for this specific sales role. • Display flexibility in scheduling, accommodating both full-time and part-time positions across various shifts. • Demonstrate adaptability to frequent market and external environment fluctuations. • While a real estate license or real estate knowledge is advantageous, it's not mandatory. • Uphold a team-centric approach valuing organizational culture while staying committed to achieving objectives. Compensation: $34,000 - $62,000 + bonus yearly
