    We’re seeking an organized, experienced, and highly motivated Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities include managing client communications, nurturing key relationships, and keeping track of all necessary documentation, paying close attention to any policy changes, important deadlines, and legal regulations. You will help customers understand their coverage, provide insurance reviews, and assist them with any claims as needed. This is a chance to build on your experience, with plenty of room for growth. Responsibilities: • Provide helpful answers to clients on any policy or billing questions including explanation of coverage or rate changes to ensure complete understanding • Stay up to date with industry standards, current rates, coverages, insurance products, insurance policies, and carriers by regularly speaking with our industry partners so you can help clients, underwriters, sales representatives, account executives, and the rest of our service team understand and address the latest rules and policy updates • Consult with clients to help process quotes and issue renewals or any updates needed to current policies • Gather all documentation needed for reporting a claim and contact an adjuster to process it against a current policy • Document any policy changes on customer accounts according to NAIC regulations in our book of business and clearly communicate with customers about those updates What You Will Be Doing – And Maybe More: • Start your day with a Team Huddle. This sets the tone for the day. Here you will share what your agenda is for the day, how you lived out a company Core Value the prior day, and what your Top Priority for the Day is. • Communicating with existing clients via email, phone, and text. You’ll answer questions about coverage, limits, claims, and maybe even random things like their favorite color or the weather. It’s okay to ask the client about their day, and what is going on in their life while you’re helping them. Caring for others and being relational is important. • You’ll assist with updates to policies. For example - someone may buy a new home and need to update their plan with us –Don’t forget to congratulate them! Someone may need to add a teen driver to an auto policy or change vehicles out. Your job is to help them make changes and give advice on their plan with us when called upon. • Following up when a client has a claim is an important part of this role. Letting the clients know you are here for them and that you want to make sure they are taken care of makes a big difference. • Helping existing clients understand their renewal pricing, changes, and updates is part of this role. This is where knowing your stuff is important. Insurance can be confusing to some, so we want to make sure we explain with a smile and give empathy if they are not sure of what's going on. Qualifications: • Jobseekers need to have basic computer skills and have the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Must have very strong follow up, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills • We are looking for candidates with an Associates or Bachelor’s degree but will consider those with relevant insurance industry experience, as well • Applicants must have an active insurance license in their state or be willing to get licensed in 90 days • Candidate must have 3 + years experience in the Insurance Industry and experience in the IA Channel is highly desired • Compensation is based on proven skills as an AM and years of experience Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000
