    We’re searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Responsibilities: • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • ABC – Always Be Connecting. As a Lead Sales Agent, your core function is to connect with others who have been referred and introduced to RPR and help them set up new policies • Live out our company's Core Values as you represent the TeamRPR brand • Start your day with a Team Huddle. This sets the tone for the day. Here you will share how your morning is starting (aka, what’s your Temp), how you lived out a core • Value the prior day, and what your top priority for the day is. Remote team members will conference daily using ZOOM • Working with the Business Development team is what makes this role successful • Communicating with the Biz Dev team about the leads, making updates, and making sure leads are contacted and sole timely is required • Note - Business Development Reps drive leads to you: Leads will come from realtors, Mortgage Bankers, Financial Planners, Industry-specific equipment/sales reps, etc. will be referring business to RPR • Fact-finding, information gathering, and learning the buying psychology of the leads • Preparing, presenting proposals via our unique industry-leading Quote Video and Case Study tools will help set you apart and add a better user experience • Have in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition • Increase organizations overall client base by adding more lines per household • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives/networking events • Meeting with leadership to discuss results, pipelines, monthly goals, quarterly priorities, and KPI’s Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Two years of previous sales experience • Active TN PC License • 2 + Years PC experience -Independent Insurance experience preferred • Proven ability to negotiate/influence others • High–level communication skills • Self-motivated Compensation: $90,000+ at plan earnings
