PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Work well in a team environment, sharing a common goal.

· Execute on call campaigns, maintain, and build account pipeline.

· Identify, follow-up in a timely manner, and secure opportunities.

· Consistently achieve Account Management performance expectations.

· Learn and maintain current company, product, and industry knowledge.

· Perform general customer service duties with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.

· Communicate directly with customers primarily by telephone, email and in person at tradeshows and client visits.

· Create relationships with your customers to implement a Charm Program in their store and identify marketing, restocking or upgrade opportunities to help clients grow that are currently using a Charm Program.

EXPERIENCE

Customer service or sales experience.

Knowledge and experience in wholesale and/or retail environments.

Jewelry industry experience and knowledge of our ERP/CRM Microsoft Dynamics/Navision is a plus.
