Job Summary : Our growing auction house is looking for a customer service-oriented clerical assistant to join our team. In this position, you will be providing office support to our mangers and directors and also assisting our clients with their needs on a daily basis. Job Duties : Assist managers and directors daily with clerical/administrative tasks Answer incoming phone calls Respond to emails Database entry and maintenance Email consignor item descriptions Generate consignor agreements Our Ideal Candidate : Has a friendly and enthusiastic attitude; is warmly engaging with our clients and able to remain professional and courteous at all times; is able to multitask; is detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; has good communication skills; is able to prioritize tasks; is a quick learner; has the ability to be flexible and the willingness to assist wherever needed; is computer literate.
