    We are a full-service senior living community offering a unique environment for residents to share their passions while enjoying a quality lifestyle.     The Medication Technician assists with self-administration of medication and coordinates treatments to residents. They provide direct resident assistance with medication self-administration and assist with activities of daily living and encouraging independence and activity.

     

    HERE ARE A FEW OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS THAT ARE EXPECTED OF OUR MEDICATION TECHNICIAN ON A DAILY BASIS:

    • Report any changes in the condition of a resident to supervisor immediately
    • Assist residents with simple requests as needed or find appropriate associate to assist
    • Look for opportunities to exceed resident expectations and enhance resident satisfaction
    • Observe residents for any changes in condition and report to Assisted Living Director, Resident Care Coordinator(RCC)/Dementia Care Coordinator(DCC), or appropriate physician

     

    The Resident Assistant works at the direction of the Supervisor-In-Charge according to scheduled duties. Meets residents’ needs by helping with activities of daily living.

     

    HERE ARE A FEW OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS THAT ARE EXPECTED OF OUR RESIDENT ASSISTANT ON A DAILY BASIS:

    • Participates in planned in-service and staffing sessions
    • Supervision of or assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals and ambulation
    • Assistance with personal laundry
    • Encouragement and reminders to attend daily activities
    • Companionship, a listening ear

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

     

    • High school graduate.
    • Nursing assistant course (State approved, if required).
    • Must be 21 years of age (or meet state requirements).
    • Must be knowledgeable of pertinent regulations with monitoring and licensing of the residence.
