RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate machinery & equipment per Company Procedures
• Inspect components and assemblies visually for quality defects
• Measure parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Record and report production, quality and inventory information accurately.
• Label and/or tags parts and baskets accurately.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years old.
• Punctual and regular attendance is required.
• Ability and willingness to work any shift assigned. 
• Ability to work overtime, including some weekends (time and one-half pay over 40 hours, double time on Sundays)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

$15.00 PER HOUR STARTING PAY, PLUS $.50 SHIFT PREMIUM IF ASSIGNED TO 2ND OR 3RD SHIFT.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to climb, bend, squat, and kneel.  

Ability to stand most of 8-hour shift.

Ability to work night shift and work OT as required.
