ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Wear all required safety equipment and ensure area and environment are safe.
- Operator, monitors and helps maintain machines. equipment.
- Move parts and products to appropriate positions.
- Life/push/pull parts weighing at times anywhere from 10-30 lbs.
- Stand, walk and move into and out of the work areas.
- Perform daily operational checks to ensure safety.
- Conduct daily cleaning of work area.
- Operate machinery as required.
- Report issues and concerns to the supervisor.
- Regular and punctual, in-person attendance is required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk and use hands and fingers to handle or free objects, tools, products, or equipment.
- The associate is regularly required to talk and hear.
- The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally life and/or move up to 30 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Ability to work independently at multiple stations as a member of the production team.
- Ability to lift/pull/push loads of 10 - 30 lbs.
- Ability to work in an upright /standing position for up yo 5 hours at a time.
- Maintain a good attendance record.
