  • Responsibilities
    1. Serves as the Personal Executive Secretary to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
    2. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, minute taking, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.
    3. Assists with and performs various secretarial duties for Corporate- Board and Committee meetings/ events.
    4. A thorough knowledge of complex office procedures and functions are necessary.
    5. Strong organizational and prioritization skills are necessary.

    QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING:

    • 5+ years’ administrative experience
    • Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven ability to take on a variety of different tasks without becoming overwhelmed

    LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/REGISTRATIONS/EDUCATION:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or other related healthcare degree from an accredited school

    WORK SCHEDULE:

    • Full-time, 80 hrs bi-weekly

    WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

    • Control hazardous working conditions and unsafe employee activities through safety management and contacting supervisory personnel.
    • Manage and administer corporate safety/first aid programs.
    • Assist managing the corporate safety program by developing employee and craft safety orientation training program and implement upon completion.
    • Conduct work area surveillance inspections, air sampling tests for confined space entry, property damage and personal injury investigations.
    • Document all accidents, safety violations, unsafe conditions/activities. Issue confined area entry and “hot work” permits as required.
    • Review documentation to ensure all required records and reports are complete, accurate and submitted per established procedures, and implement appropriate corrective action as required.
    • Accompany all safety, health and insurance inspectors on walk through tours. Coordinate/assist in preparing written appeals for safety violation citations.
    • Work closely with operational leadership to develop and implement innovative safety techniques, methods, approaches, and ideas to the project teams to continue to improve the Boldt safety culture.
