    To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

    • Communicates within department, and production, customer requirements and changes to demands.
    • Prioritizes activities with areas of production and Shipping area to ensure requirements are met on time.
    • Daily interaction with customer systems (Honda Supply Team, DDL, SMART, etc.), as required and according to policies. Including manual releases and EDI
    • Materials Dept. data entry to include, but not limited to, Shippers, ASNs, and customer purchase orders, emails, etc. Maintenance of QAD as it applies to Shipping and customer orders

    This full-time, salary, role is a part of our Materials team and reports to the Materials Manager .

    Required experience:

    • Experience in Automotive/Shipping environment as it pertains to customer systems (Honda, ACH, Ford, JCI, AAM, DCX), customer service, Shipping paperwork, EDI and ASNs
    • Computer literacy; including detailed Microsoft Office and QAD (Materials/Shipping) experience
    • Daily contact with carriers to schedule and cancel trucks
