    The Strategy Analyst will support the Corporate Strategy team in analyzing data and determining business insights that support customer, product, financial, and operational goals. with managing databases and dashboards for monthly, quarterly and annual performance metrics. This role partners with the Customer Insights and Growth Analytics team to manage datasets and visualizations for regular reporting to the Growth team – to include Marketing, Product Strategy, and Ecosystems. The Strategy Analyst will work with the team to formulate business intelligence needs that support our Growth Strategy, go-to-market decision-making, and the team’s performance against business goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    The Strategy Analyst will leverage data and insights and support the team to discover avenues for growth and optimized performance. This role should have strong quantitative skills paired with strategic thinking. The role will work cross-functional, collaborating with the sales organization, customer support and operations teams to discuss, implement and execute data-driven strategies, monitor, and recalibrate. The Strategy Analyst should be bias toward actionable results to develop, expand and unlock growth opportunities and be adept at financial data underpinning the business and the team’s success.

    • ‍Support day-to-day requirements to improve data insights around organizational performance, business and financial progress, and advancement of strategic data initiatives
    • Collate and create analytics measurements to support strategic and tactical Growth and Strategy needs covering multiple views of teams, geographies, products, and different goals
    • Support Marketing performance initiatives and target dashboards, campaign measurement framework, Growth strategic programs, campaign tracking, life cycle retention programs and other initiatives.
    • Support ongoing Growth projects in partnership with Sales, Services, Finance, and IT resources.
    • Provide standard dashboard and metric tools used for monthly and quarterly reporting, forecasting, business reviews, leadership updates and ad hoc performance inquiries.
    • Support Growth data analytics operating mechanism discussions and team operating requirements.

    Required Skills

    • Working knowledge in SFDC or equivalent CRM platforms
    • High proficiency in performing database analyses, spreadsheet development, and data integration
    • PC proficiency in Windows-based software including Excel, PowerPoint, MSWord, ACCESS
    • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
    • Demonstrated ability to create, follow and complete a project plan; work to designated deadlines and communicate progress as necessary
    • Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently with moderate supervision (self-starter)
    • 4 Year / Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
    • Minimum: 2 years experience in a corporate analytics support role

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics or technical field required.
    • 2+ years of analytical, operational, or strategic experience, with solid understanding of business or software principles or demonstrated aptitude to learn quickly.
    • Excellent data fluency. Strong SQL skills and demonstrated expertise working with large data sets, especially using mixed and inconsistent data sources.
    • Experience working with data visualization platforms such as Microsoft PowerBI and Tableau
    • Experience in the Intelligent Automation and/or business process automation software a plus.

    The base salary range for this role, across the US is $74,000 - $134,357. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
