HOW YOUR ROLE FITS INTO BOLDT:
The Project Coordinator works collaboratively with the Project Managers, Estimators, Field Staff, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Customers on the delivery of construction projects. This role will be required to handle many tasks at one time while maintaining their composure, efficiency, and accuracy.
A successful hire will be willing to travel and/or relocate at any given time for the duration of a project.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Two-year business/accounting degree or equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the skills vital to effectively perform the responsibilities of the position. Knowledge of general and industrial construction or comparable subcontractor construction experience is desired. Previous accounting and payroll responsibilities is preferred. Proficient communication, organizational and social skills are essential. Other important competencies include ability to work independently as well within a team, detail oriented, goal-oriented, motivational, and persistent, an analytical problem solver, able to grasp new concepts and assignments quickly, capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk and hear. The employee regularly is required to walk and reach with hands. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee frequently uses computer keyboard, regularly travels (as vehicle driver and as passenger on various modes of transportation), and occasionally performs work on-site at construction work sites. Employees may regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employee views computer monitor frequently.
