    RESTAURANT SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS, LLC, A YUM! BRANDS CO-OP, IS CURRENTLY SEEKING A SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST, BUSINESS PLANNING AND ANALYSIS, TO JOIN THE FINANCE/PLANNING TEAM IN LOUISVILLE, KY. 

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    This position supports the Director, Finance, in executing financial strategies, policies and processes to meet the business goals and objectives defined by the respective boards and RSCS executive management. 

     

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The role includes managing and executing against key deadlines while maintaining the highest level of reporting accuracy and quality control regarding the following:

      • RSCS’s internal financial reporting, forecasting and AOP including but not limited to:
      • Preparing and analyzing monthly concept segments for assigned concepts.
      • Managing monthly close reporting segment file updates, reconciliations and final submissions to accounting.
      • Monitoring sourcing fee volumes and obsolescence risk.
      • Preparing and presenting monthly financial results with RSCS leadership.
      • Completing monthly concept and LOB P&L summary files.
      • Coordinating, compiling and presenting monthly financial review/results.
      • Preparing monthly KPI dashboard.
      • Managing the technology fees plan, collection and reporting.
      • Monitoring and reconciling assigned balance sheet accounts.
      • Understanding assigned concept and gathering information required to better prepare forecasts, annual operating plan, as well as various sensitivity analyses.
    • Build relationships and work closely with concept leadership, program management and other RSCS functional teams to enable best in class support of assigned concepts by:

    • Participating in weekly assigned concept team meetings.

    • Developing deep understanding of assigned concept promotion calendars and obsolescence risks.

    • Monitoring and reviewing obsolescence risks with concept leadership.

    • Preparing various analyses as, requested.

    • Provide robust, thoughtful analyses to RSCS Finance Team, RSCS Leadership Team as well as other RSCS functional areas, as requested.

    • Coordinate preparation of assigned concept board decks.

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree required with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting.
    • Prefer Master’s or MBA, CPA or CMA certification
    • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of increasing responsibility in the Finance field.
    • Must be self-motivated, able to deal with change, and demonstrate team leadership skills to provide required support as well as proficiency for collaboration, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

    Required Experience
