Then STGi wants you for the Telehealth Clinical Technician (TCT) position. The TCT serves in a generalist role to support and manage telehealth clinical interactions from the patient and provider location.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Required Skills Required Experience
Retain current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ Basic Life Support (BLS).
Knowledge of basic methods and procedures and complex methods for coordinating and scheduling clinical care via telehealth, where the patient and provider are not located in the same place.
Thorough knowledge of the variations in anatomy.
Skill and precision in use of the tools, materials and equipment, to include expert knowledge of telehealth technologies appropriate for each type of visit and how to troubleshoot technical issues that may arise with the technology.
Minimum of two (2) years of current clinical experience working in a similar environment. (Outpatient clinical and/or other hospital experience preferred).
Knowledge of specialized terminology associated with the work in the facility and in-depth knowledge of the terminology used in the specialized area where the work is performed.
Ability to follow orders and works under close supervision, while demonstrating initiative and independence.
Ability to provide educational material to patients and/or families regarding proper e health care activities, such as giving injections, taking blood pressures, etc.
Knowledge of the basic concepts of customer service technique related to population.
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills along with proper telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of computers.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience.
CPA/MBA is strongly preferred.
Prior Accounting supervisory experience is required.
Experience in a manufacturing profit center environment is strongly preferred.
SAP or other ERP/Accounting software system is required.
Highly proficient in Microsoft products and other applicable accounting and financial systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
