STG International is accepting resumes of qualified candidates for a Youth Care Worker position to work full-time for our upcoming opening in San Miguel, CA

STG International is in an active bidding process for this position which is contingent upon STG International, Inc. being awarded the contract.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Provide direct supervision of children in-care and maintain line-of-sight at all times
• Assist minors in activities and programming as well as cultivate a safe, healthy, therapeutic, nurturing and caring environment that is supportive of minors’ individualized needs, social, emotional, and academic development.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent degree
• Minimum of 1-year employment experience in the child welfare field working with children and/or adolescents in a social service setting.
• Must pass Background Check
• Must pass child abuse and neglect check
• Bilingual/Spanish
