    Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, (RSCS) is currently seeking a Supplier Analyst to join the Development and Equipment Solutions Team.

    This position reports to the S&OP Manager for the Development and Equipment Solutions (DES) to support the Sales, Operations and Planning (S&OP) function to deliver the RSCS DES Annual Operating Plan (AOP). This role includes providing integrated analytics, projections and reports while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and quality contributing to the success of the industry leader in a vibrant and dynamic sector.

    Key Accountabilitie s:

    • Develop and maintain DES S&OP supplier management business reporting, and analytics to provide insights that will drive business growth, performance, and efficiencies in a self-service environment.
    • Support data infrastructure by maintaining master data, and updating, or building Tools, Processes, and Systems.
    • Manage DES S&OP supplier master data functions while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and quality control for demand planning, forecast modeling, and supplier management KPIs ensuring data integrity across systems.
    • Maintain & leverage tools developed for item data management and suggest improvements for efficiency.
    • Maximize the capabilities of current toolsets to create reporting solutions in support of business initiatives. Stay current on other tools within the industry and make recommendations on new toolsets for the business.
    • Collaborate with Procurement & Development teams on identifying, prioritizing, and delivering Supplier Management KPIs, tracking and reporting.
    • Create compelling presentations to optimize the communication of key data and insights.

    Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

    Required Skills

    • Build and maintain relationships with Equipment and Asset suppliers to be able to evaluate open orders and act where appropriate.
    • Work through large data sets of both internal and external sources to reconcile, and update for increased data accuracy.
    • Assume new assignments, routinely demonstrate an interest in learning, and provide suggestions and solutions to problems.
    • Demonstrate ability to assimilate and integrate many diverse and complex streams of information from multiple sources and use this insight to ensure both continuous and step-function improvements in customer service & business performance.
    • Develop reporting documents and self-serve tools for the S&OP Manager and key DES stakeholders to utilize in day-to-day functions.
    • Provide research, reporting, and analysis support to the S&OP Manager and DES team to influence, discover, solve, and/or support RSCS business decisions/challenges.
    • Anticipate and provide analytics in formats that are easy to read and clear, allowing users to easily conclude results consistently.
    • Assist in establishing reporting best practices for self-service data analysis by developing an understanding of how the tools are currently being used within the organization and transitioning to new tools.
    • Maintain and support ongoing development of reporting and analytical tools, business scorecards and key dashboards.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to help define, validate, and document DES Value Streams as needed.
    • Train and transition the end-user community on newly developed/enhanced dashboards and reporting tools to support a self-service environment.
    • Seek, share, and adopt ideas and best practices inside and outside the Company and embrace change introduced by others.

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree required. Prefer a major in Business or Supply Chain.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence. Prefer 5 years of progressive experience in analytics and reporting analysis.

    • Strong experience in PowerBI, SQL, Access, ERP systems, or Analytics related to the role.

    • Self-starter with an ability to multitask to deliver results without daily supervision at an elevated pace with efficiency, precision, and a bias toward action.

    • Must have strong analytical skills and experience identifying potential solutions. This includes designing reports, analyzing substantial amounts of data to interpret patterns and trends, assessing data quality, and eliminating irrelevant data to draw fact-based conclusions for business decisions.

    • Strong verbal, written and relationship-building skills for interacting and collaborating with staff throughout the organization; demonstrate teamwork skills, as well as proficiency for collaboration, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

    • Ability to garner trust and respect of all constituents while managing tight timelines in a dynamic, high-output environment.

    • Flexibility and adaptability to change is crucial.

    • Advanced use of PC-based applications including O365, PowerBI, SQL, Excel, SharePoint, and other data/analytics/dashboard tools.

    • Proficient in office applications, such as MS Teams, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
