RESTAURANT SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS, LLC, A YUM! BRANDS CO-OP, IS CURRENTLY SEEKING AN ASSOCIATE MANAGER, OPERATIONS, TO JOIN THE TACO BELL CONCEPT TEAM. THE POSITION WILL BE LOCATED IN IRVINE, CA.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This role will be responsible for tactical execution of Restaurant Margin Improvement (RMI) initiatives for the Taco Bell Concept. Other responsibilities include execution and management of Smallwares and Operational Supplies.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Champion Restaurant Margin Improvement (RMI) by ensuring key stakeholders integrate goals and strategies to enable operating plan to deliver long-term annual operating profit margin.
EXECUTE RMI IDENTIFICATION, COMMUNICATION, AND FULL SYSTEM ALIGNMENT (60%)
Maintain and enhance partnerships with all Concept functional and franchise leaders, RSCS Finance, Distribution, and Procurement members, as well as, Concept RMI Executive Steering Committee to facilitate and drive RMI initiatives in food, paper, assets, development and technology.
Evaluate initiative performance and provide ongoing updates to RMI cross-functional Core team and RSCS leadership. This also includes actively engaging with RSCS Finance and RMI cross-functional category teams in validating savings, analyzing risk, exploring alternative suppliers, and optimizing processes.
Evolve RMI strategies to creatively drive new RMI ideation with key Concept cross-functional stakeholders, RSCS Procurement team, franchisees, suppliers, and Cross-Concept RMI counterparts.
Develop value-added RMI opportunities which continually strive to leverage the entire YUM! Brands system volume.
Prepare content for Monthly Director level alignment between RSCS, key Concept cross-functional stakeholders, and Franchise leaders to ensure execution of RMI objectives/strategies.
