Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. Assesses needs of patients as assigned based on data collection through history, observation, physical examination, and analysis of diagnostic data. Plans individualized nursing care to meet the holistic age specific needs of each patient. Using service excellence standards, conducts hourly rounding. Fosters an environment that demonstrates caring, compassion, and respect for all patients, families, visitors, and staff. Utilizes appropriate health and safety equipment to protect both the patient and the staff. Utilizes standard work in caring for central lines, Foley catheters, pressure ulcers, restraints, and patients at risk for falls. Contributes to the daily efficient performance of the department including daily huddles. Contributes to the department growth and performance through hospital system initiatives cultivating nursing involved in Evidence Based Practices. Demonstrates continue professional growth through setting goals and participating in educational offerings. Performs all duties as assigned.

SCHEDULE: Full Time; 72 hours biweekly; Midshift 10a-10p.

QUALIFICATIONS /TRAINING:

• One or more years of related work experience.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/REGISTRATIONS/EDUCATION:

• An active Registered Nursing License verified by the LLR.
• Basic Life Support Certification.

BIM

• Develop and maintain BIM Process with Project Teams during Preconstruction.
• Participate in problem solving efforts for projects using BIM applications.
• Provide leadership of the technical flow of data throughout life of projects.
• Manage BIM/VDC third party consultants.
• Facilitate conversations regarding design coordination and constructability and generate visuals from the models to support conversations.
• Assemble all vital and available quantities for estimates.
• Train Project Team members in use of BIM software.
• Communicate impact of BIM process on project lifecycle.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT TECHNOLOGY

• Setup and train on information management systems including Vico, Revit, and BIM360.
• Understanding of fundamentals of Data Analysis including data extraction, processing, and visualization.
• Work with cross company Construction Project Technology Leads to stay informed of new developments and advancements of current software and new technology.
• Integrate construction technology to promote efficient workflows.
