    POSITION DESCRIPTION

    In this role, you will assist with internal and external compliance functions including regulatory and statutory compliance and agreement/contract compliance as needed. Ideally, the candidate will be located in our Seattle office located in Kent, WA. We may consider a well-qualified candidate with AS9120 & ISO 9001 experience who is able to work in one of the following locations: Anaheim, CA, Dallas, TX, Marietta, GA, Carol Stream, IL, or Baltimore, MD. This role is expected to adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.

     

    KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A CORPORATE QUALITY & COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

    • Schedule and conduct Internal Audits (Lead Auditor and/or Audit Team Member) for all certified RSH divisions and confirm audits are completed prior to the Registrar Audits.
    • Schedule and host on-site/virtual Registrar/Certification Audits and confirm pre-audit documentation is complete. All certified RSH divisions are located in various locations and will require travel.
    • Review and approve AS9120 & ISO 9001 certificates for all certified RSH divisions and update approved certificates within the internal database and RSH website.
    • Schedule and conduct bi-annual Management Reviews for all certified RSH divisions and submit meeting minutes to management.
    • Maintain OASIS (Online Aerospace Supplier Information System) account and respond to all requests timely.
    • Initiate Document Control Activities throughout all RSH divisions and create SOPs.
    • Initiate and complete Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey data analysis for all RSH divisions in the U.S.A and Mexico.
    • Ensure all certified RSH divisions meet the Quality Objectives and KPIs and issue corrective actions as needed.
    • Assist all RSH divisions with Root Cause/Corrective Action Reporting & Implementation for any corrective action request.
    • Review and approve new suppliers utilizing the Supplier Evaluation survey and update the Approved Supplier List (ASL).
    • Issue and track all Supplier Corrective Actions (SCAR) to determine if any corrective action is needed at various RSH divisions.
    • Identify and implement Continual Improvement initiatives at all RSH divisions.
    • Consistently communicate and follow-up with RSH internal teams to provide real-time updates.
    • Create a positive experience for all employees through prompt responsiveness, exceptional service, and exceeding expectations.
    • Perform other job duties as assigned.

     

    EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/LICENSES

    • High School Diploma or GED Required.
    • ISO 9001/AS9120 Internal or Lead Auditor Certification Preferred.

     

    SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • General knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9120.
    • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
