Job Title : RSA Archer Engage

Location : Pittsburgh, PA

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and maintain RSA Archer applications and solutions.

Develop advanced workflows, data-driven events (DDEs), calculated fields, and custom objects.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Archer solutions.

Customize and extend Archer through Archer APIs, JavaScript, and integrations with third-party systems.

Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely fixes.

Perform Archer platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.

Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

Ensure compliance with internal security policies and governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience working with RSA Archer platform.

Proficiency in configuring Archer use cases, access control, and data structure design.

Strong knowledge of DDEs, calculated fields, cross-references, iViews, and dashboards.

Experience with Archer RESTful and SOAP APIs

Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and SQL for custom development and integrations.

Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
