Key Responsibilities
Work in close collaboration with dentists to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
Manage and oversee your dedicated laboratory.
Handle the complete process of denture fabrication, from initial impressions to final fitting.
Perform prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases with precision.
Supervise the ordering and preparation of laboratory supplies.
Work in harmony with the dental team to deliver exceptional care to patients.
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with patients from diverse age groups and backgrounds.
Proven experience in the full process of creating high-quality dentures.
Successful completion of a hands-on skill assessment/bench test during the recruitment process.
A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in the dental field.
Previous training in dental lab technology will be considered an asset.
