SALES AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use of sales and direct marketing techniques

• Direct customer service relationship building

• New sales acquisitions in-person

• Client branding/direct marketing

• Account updates and retainment

• Client knowledge of sales promo’s, services, and products

• Negotiate new contracts and upsell products with existing customers
