Job Description
We are seeking a candidate with a background in customer service or sales to join our team in our brand new department! We are looking to add 4-5 new consultants to join our Sales and Customer Service Representative team. You will be responsible for helping customers directly by providing product and service information and resolving any issues that may arise. People are at the core of what we do. We take pride in the unique sales and customer experience we provide all of our new and existing customers.
SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Provide information about the products and services directly
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Attend sales meeting to gain client knowledge and set sales goals
Assisting customers face-to-face with any billing and/or equipment concerns
Handling new customer acquisitions and qualifying potential clientele
Close sales by overcoming objections and finding the best fit for each customer
SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
