    We are a family-owned independent used dealer. We’re seeking a dealership office manager to take the helm in our automobile dealership front office. The ideal candidate should feel confident with accounts receivables and accounts payable processes, title and registration, and maintaining other crucial auto dealership records. This is a great opportunity for a strong title clerk or assistant office manager to step up to the next level. The position will be fully supported by the Controller and we're motivated to train the right person. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Controller, General Manager, and other store managers to lead front office management process and staff, including day-to-day operations • Execute other office administration and human resources tasks, as assigned • Ensure automotive dealership systems are efficient and effective • Facilitate automotive group policies and dealership accounting office procedures, ensuring they meet our dealership experience standards • Represent our dealership management team positively by maintaining front-facing relationships with auto dealership customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors • Handle all titles and registration for retail deals Qualifications: • General computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office or similar systems is required • High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory • Possess knowledge of the automotive industry and exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills are necessary Compensation: $60,000 - $72,000 yearly
