Responsibilities: • Field inquiries about used car contracts and facilitate support to summarize the related financing options • Maintain a professional appearance while working in the showroom or attending sales meetings to uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence • Create a positive auto sales experience by taking a knowledgeable approach to presenting used car features, options, and differentiating characteristics • Arrange and accompany auto sales customers on test drives • Leverage excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills to effectively close sales Qualifications: • Requires knowledge in used car features, auto sales, car dealership protocols, financing options, and automotive sales • At least one year working as a sales associate, preferably in a dealership setting, is necessary • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory • Possession of a valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required • Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and an outgoing personality are critical Compensation: $89,000+
