The Role

Joining us as a Graphic Designer with a focus on T-Short Print, you'll spearhead the creative development of t-shirt designs that resonate with our brand's aesthetic and customer preferences. This role is pivotal in our design process, from conceptualization to the final print files we send to our manufacturers, ensuring each design aligns with upcoming trends and our brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Art Directors to conceptualize and create compelling t-shirt designs for our upcoming capsules.
• Master the art of color separation, ensuring print files are optimized for screen printing.
• Ensure the technical quality of print files, including setup and adjustments for screen printing.
• Stay ahead of apparel trends, integrating innovative design concepts with commercial appeal.
• Work diligently to meet project deadlines and maintain a high standard of work within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in graphic design with a strong portfolio in t-shirt and apparel design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with exceptional skills in Illustrator and Photoshop, especially for print file preparation and color separation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on creativity or accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the design team and articulate concepts to non-design stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Relevant educational background in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
