Job Summary
Performing Functions Such and answering Phones.
Keep communication with vendors.
Tracks orders and makes purchases order maintains accurate purchase records.
Review purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy and investigates any issues before contacting vendors.
Keep price List up to date with supplies.
Keep Showroom Displays / Catalogs organized and up to date.
Prepares Quotes.
Maintain records of procurement documents, such as purchase orders, proposals.

Checks and Answer Emails.

Job Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Some previous office experiences
Must speak English and Spanish
