Solvet Services is seeking a licensed and credentialed Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) to support inpatient care at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) under a federal contract. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity in a hospital setting with a strong mission-driven focus on Native American health services.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory care therapies including aerosol therapy, chest physiotherapy, and postural drainage

• Monitor and operate ventilators (including PEEP, IMV); perform adjustments under physician direction

• Draw and analyze arterial blood gases; interpret and report results

• Respond to codes and emergencies; maintain ventilation during patient transport

• Accurately document all care provided in the EHR

• Ensure compliance with PIMC protocols and infection control standards

• Participate in department meetings and hospital staff activities as needed

Shifts May Include:

• Day: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM / 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM / 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• Evening: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• Night: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or certificate in Respiratory Therapy

• Current Arizona State License

• NBRC certification (CRT or RRT)

• BLS and ACLS (must be current)

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience

• Must be able to pass federal background check and complete credentialing

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in a hospital or government healthcare setting

• Familiarity with ventilator management and ICU protocols

• Experience with EHR systems

Compensation: 

$50 - $55/hour
