JOB SUMMARY

Our Bookkeeper will will be tasked with ensuring that our client’s financial data is up to date, accurately prepared and communicated effectively. 

Our ideal candidate will have experience with and/or be capable in the following areas and for multiple clients on an ongoing and as needed basis:

·        Comfortable working within a team and also independently

·        Full Charge Bookkeeping

·        Financial Statement Prep and review

·        Account reconciliations

·        Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable knowledge

·        Understanding of Payroll and Payroll Taxes

·        Ability to communicate effectively with clients as well as other team members

·        Other various accounting tasks and ad-hoc projects as requested by the client.

 QUALIFICATIONS

As a Bookkeeper, it is assumed that you are a self-starter, well trained in spreadsheets and various accounting / bookkeeping software packages.  In addition, the following are qualifications that we desire:

·        Experience with Quickbooks is a Must

·        Minimum of three years of working in the accounting field

·        Ability to multi-task and plan effectively

·        Outgoing personality with a curious side

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·        Technology is your friend

·        Ability to follow processes that the client has developed
