Location: Miracle Mile Area Los Angeles – Residential Detox & Treatment Program
Shift: 12-Hour Shifts | Paid Breaks | Full-Time & Per Diem
Meals provided daily by on-site gourmet chef
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced LVN or LPT to join our clinical team at our high-quality residential detox (DTX) and residential treatment center (RTC) for individuals in early recovery from substance use disorders.
As a nurse on our team, you will play a critical role in supporting detox protocols, conducting daily assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with counselors, case managers, and peers to ensure continuity of care and a trauma-informed healing environment.

Required Qualifications:
Must be a currently licensed LVN or LPT in California
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a SUD treatment facility and/or psychiatric setting (Required – No Exceptions)
Familiarity with detox protocols, withdrawal symptom management, and substance use-related nursing care
Experience with conducting DTX-specific assessments, including COWS/CIWA and vital signs
Excellent charting and clinical documentation skills
Ability to remain calm, confident, and professional in high-acuity or crisis situations
Duties Include
Monitoring clients throughout detoxification and residential phases
Completing nursing assessments and daily client vitals
Medication administration and MAR documentation
Responding to emergent clinical situations
Supporting a multidisciplinary team in delivering client-centered care
