RTE/Release Train Engineer (Senior), (MD and PA State)

BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking a RTE/Release Train Engineer (Senior), or both MD area as well as PA area. These positions are full-time, remote role with travel to other Government or Contractor facilities as required in PA and MD. The average workday is 8 hours and the window in which those 8 hours may be scheduled is between 6:00am hours and 6:00pm hours eastern time, Monday through Friday except for Government Holidays with the core hours (9am to 3pm) being covered.
As a RTE/Release Train Engineer (Senior), you will lead Agile transformations and successful executions of one or more value streams (Release Trains) to support the delivery of strategic technology products. Hybrid role that balances Agile leadership and program management to help software development teams build and deliver solutions more efficiently. your responsible for translating application requirements into web-based solutions and implementing emerging technologies within the software development process. This role supports the Government's mission by delivering reliable and efficient software applications, using modern internet protocols and advanced technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
The Accessibility Testing Specialist must be able to test websites, web applications and software to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria.
The individual must be able to fluently utilize JAWS, NVDA and Voiceover to test our range of IT solutions.
Individual must be able to conduct mobile testing on iOS and Android OS.
Basic Qualifications:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a related field. (Note: A Master’s degree is preferred.)
Specialized Experience:
The proposed candidate must have at least eight (8) years of risk assessment experience.
