Established Central Texas real estate investment firm seeks part time, enthusiastic, self-motivated marketing assistant to create and execute a real estate acquisition marketing strategy for their office in Waco: You will be working directly with the owner on researching real estate opportunities, creating and executing on a marketing plan and social media posting. Responsibilities: - Create and execute a marketing strategy. - Develop and execute a marketing campaign. - Create reports on marketing performance. - Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives. - Maintain social media and website content. - Create Postcards and letters to mail out to targeted areas - Assist with other administrative tasks Qualifications: - Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines - Strong writing and copy-editing abilities - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word) - Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) You should have a strong interest or curiosity about real estate. This is NOT a sales position. **This is a part-time position. Maximum of 20 hours per week. Pay is $20/hr. There is an opportunity for bonus pay.
