ABOUT US:

RTK tickets is a secondary ticket market reseller. Our primary focus is operational success and strengthening our relationships with business partners. Technology is viewed as a tool to improve all aspects of our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily trading operation to include: risk analysis/management, pricing, Inventory Management, forecasting, revenue discovery, B2B relationship management

• Recon of sales and accounting

• Manage/optimize internal trading tools

NON NEGOTIABLE SKILLS:

• Flexible Work Schedule (including some nights and weekends)

• Previous Knowledge and understanding of Financial Markets

• Experience using Microsoft excel (or preferred spreadsheet management tool)

• Previous Operations or Customer Success Experience

• A penchant for self directed work

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Previous Trading Experience (internship or training role)

• Experience with Programming Language (Python, R, SQL)

• Experience in a startup environment

• Interest in Sports and Concerts is a plus

LOCATION:

• 77 sleeper street, Boston, MA. Applicants must be located in or willing to relocate to Boston
