    Due to continuous growth, we are currently recruiting for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our growing team.

     

    The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE will be responsible for responding to customer service-related questions via inbound calls, texts, or email and manage the welcome call process for new customers.

     

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO: 

    • Be successful educating customers on methods of payments, due dates, and contract terms
    • Assist our collections team to maintain past due accounts
    • Provide first class customer service to our customers
    • Be a subject matter expert in all thing’s customer service

     

    REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

    • High School Diploma or GED

     

    DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Previous customer service experience. Experience in a call center is a plus! 
    • Top notch customer service skills

    • The ability to provide great communication to our customers over the phone and via email and text
