    Due to continuous growth, we are currently recruiting for a COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE to join our growing team.

     

    The COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers that are one day past due, up to the point of repossession. You will be responsible for making outbound calls on past due customers to meet company targets. The collections team plays a vital role in our company’s success!

     

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO: 

    • Maintain past due accounts
    • Maintain retrieval rate target
    • Maintain firm but fair collection tactic

    REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

    • High School Diploma or GED

    DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Answer inbound calls
    • Make outbound collection calls
    • Respond to customer via email, text, or chat
    • Determine when accounts should be submitted to retrieval department
    • Assist in Customer Service when needed
