    JOB DESCRIPTION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 

    Are you looking for the right opportunity to take your career to next level? We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.     PRIMARY ROLE:

    The company’s CSRs are responsible for developing and maintaining positive business relationships with our customers through daily conversations, exceptional customer service, effective communications, and timely responsiveness. As a CSR you will be a vital contributor to a team dedicated to making a difference. Our CSRs are well trained about our products to assist customers with their questions and needs.

    SCOPE OF SERVICES:

    • Answer Inbound calls and make Outbound calls
    • Welcome calls to new customers
    • Educate customers on methods of payment and due dates
    • Review contract terms with customers
    • Assist collections team to maintain company targets
    • Respond to customer inquiries via emails, chat, and texts
    • Document customer communications * Efficiently manage call time to ensure monthly goals are met
    • Process outbound and returned mail

    WHAT WILL SET YOU APART:

    • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service role (i.e. call center, retail, or similar environment)
    • Passion for helping people with an outstanding focus on customers’ needs
    • An articulate, confident, and conscientious communicator with active listening skills
    • A multi-tasker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Technical savvy; able to use multiple computer systems while in conversation with a customer
    • Bilingual (Spanish) is a bonus!
