    PRODUCT SPECIALIST - INSTALLER

    In this position, and as part of a small team, you will be hands-on involved with the installation of RTR products on customer vehicles, as well as quality control and sub-assembly of RTR products.     COMPANY OVERVIEW With over ten years of experience as an OEM+ aftermarket company, and through our Strategic Partnership with the Ford Motor Company, RTR products provide a unique blend of styling and functionality of the highest quality, providing an unrivalled experience to customers all over the world. RTR products are sold to dealers, wholesale distributors and to end consumers.

    POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a Product Specialist - Installer to support the growth of our business through individual part and full vehicle package installation, quality control, and sub-assembly. The Product Specialist – Installer reports to the Operations Manager. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, time management, and organization. As the Product Specialist – Installer, you will become a resident expert of our product catalog from the time products arrive in our warehouse to when it is installed on vehicles. You will be responsible for vehicle builds that will be seen on roads and stages all over the world. Responsibilities and qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following:

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Plan and execute vehicle build projects for internal and external customers. • Quality control of incoming goods. • Sub-assembly of RTR products prior to final packaging for warehousing and distribution. • Support Engineering team in test fitting and product evaluation. • Provide product analysis reports to internal departments.

    QUALIFICATIONS • Highschool diploma with additional relevant work experience. • 5 years of automotive product assembly/installation experience. • High level of attention to detail and time management. • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time. • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    BENEFICIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Hands-on experience with late model Ford vehicles. • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and team collaboration software.

    REMUNERATION $50k - $60k, depending on qualifications and experience.
