WE'LL CUT TO THE CHASE - DO YOU HAVE:

• Ability to work on projects in a variety of business domains and technologies
• Experience facilitating agile rituals (e.g. Planning, Grooming, Retro) for teams
• 2-5 or more years of experience working as a Scrum Master
• Demonstrated intermediate web development skills including one or more of the following: Java, Python, Ruby on Rails, C#, .NET, PHP, React, Angular, or Javascript
• Familiarity with co-development environments and source control, like GIT

• Capability creating, facilitating, and improving agile team processes for one or more project teams at a time
• You've taken part in Agile transformation or application of Agile methodology on software development projects
• You are intellectually curious and bring a combination of technical and leadership skills
• You're an experienced technical problem solver with a solutions mindset that can address and communicate technical or process issues internally and externally (with clients) and solve challenges with out-of-the-box thinking
• You build open communication channels in teams, working to identify and unblock resources as soon as obstacles arise
• Develop trust within a team to foster open and honest feedback loops to drive continuous improvement
• Understanding of web architecture and software technologies (you don't have to code, but understand the basics to speak with developers)
