Our Project Coordinators serve their project teams with traditional responsibilities like scheduling and coordination, but also extend significantly into client-facing communications and relationship building. We're blazing the trail with project delivery and process improvement for a small and fast-growing company.

A successful RTS Project Coordinator is detail-oriented, client-focused, transformational, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are a team player, you speak up when something needs to be changed or recognized, and you are not afraid to get in the weeds. We need someone who is highly innovative, has experience in the IT industry, and the ability to foster continuous client relationships.

    WHO WE ARE AT RTS:

RTS's mission is to leverage our world-class creative and technical talent to develop exceptional software products that delight our customers and help grow their businesses. Known in the marketplace for our integrity and authenticity, we pride ourselves on building trusting relationships with our clients as we partner with them to find solutions to their most pressing technology needs.

RTS strives to be a place exceptionally talented people love to work. We offer a fun, casual workplace with few meetings, no closed doors, and no rigid office hours. Our team offers sincere camaraderie and we leave plenty of room for magic, enthusiasm, and personal growth. Your ideas will be encouraged, you will be surrounded by brilliant people to help stretch your thinking, and you will truly have the power to shape the direction of RTS Labs.

    • Competitive salary based on experience
    • Benefits include 401(k) with 4% match, health, vision, life, and short term disability insurance
    • Really love to work on a Mac? Or are you more of a PC kind of person? We let you choose
    • 40 hours a year for professional development
    • Flexible PTO
    • Company values that we _actually embody _ (https://rtslabs.com/culture/)

    HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    • You embrace ambiguity, realizing that not every problem requires the same solution or approach
    • You are capable and comfortable creating, coordinating, and maintaining an integrated project plan with detail-oriented juggling across simultaneous projects
    • You are intellectually curious and are not afraid to bring that curiosity to work on a daily basis
    • You're a technical problem solver with a solutions mindset that can address and communicate technical or process issues internally and externally (with clients) and solve challenges with out-of-the-box thinking
    • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients based on trust by keeping clients updated and taken care of
    • CRM experience
    • Project management tools
    • Partner with Project Managers/Product Managers/Tech Leads to review proposals and SOW's

    DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PRIMARY DUTIES:

    • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
    • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
    • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
    • Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve
    • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
    • Understanding of web architecture and software technologies (you don't have to code, but understand the basics to manage projects)
    • Oversee project procurement management
    • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
    • Ability to work with clients in a variety of business domains to understand their technology needs and support providing creative solutions
    • 1-2 years of experience working as a Project Coordinator

AND YOU PREFER A WORKING ENVIRONMENT THAT OFFERS:

    • A technically proficient, learning-oriented culture
    • A hard-working, but casual workplace with no b.s., few meetings, and a get-it-done philosophy
    • A flat management organization where everyone takes full responsibility for their day-to-day activities

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU!
