You'll be instrumental in supervising the hiring process, from interviewing to recommending candidates for all quality positions. With your expertise, you will oversee the ISO/TS 16949 certification process, manage supplier relationships through site visits and evaluations, and develop innovative methods to enhance inspection efficiency.
