    Requirements:

    Previous sales experience, preferably in tooling, aerospace, or government contracting.

    3-5 years of sales/account management experience.

    Demonstrated success in managing major accounts.

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

    A strong network of contacts is a plus.

    Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding tooling and machining processes.

    Excellent communication skills in various formats.

    Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and the public.

    Willingness to travel occasionally within the US.
