Primary responsibilities of the job include:

· Seeking Project Manager and Estimator experience with commercial construction

· Experience running your own jobs with strong leadership skills

· Must have experience with projects from $2 million in size

· Must have at least 5 years’ experience

· Ground up and renovation experience

A successful candidate will possess the following:

· A 4 years degree in Construction Management preferred

· Direct experience in preferred fields

· Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve

· Understanding of shop drawing

· Ability to maintain schedules and budgets

Salary Range: $90-130K
