Primary responsibilities of the job include:

· Seeking Estimator experience with Multi-family, Commercial, and K-12

· Experience running your own jobs with strong leadership skills

· Must have experience with projects from $5 - $20 million in size

· Must have at least 5 years’ experience

· ProLog or Procore experience is a plus

· Ground up and renovation experience

A successful candidate will possess the following:

· A 4 years degree in Construction Management or related field

· Direct experience in preferred fields

· Previous experience estimating projects up to $40 million

· A desire to do things right the first time

· Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve

· Understanding of shop drawing

· Ability to determine production rates, staffing, costs and risks

· Wood frame, ground up and renovations

Salary Range: $90-120K
