Russ Hadick & Associates, Inc has partnered with a Northern Dayton client to help them search and qualify candidates for their R&D Mechanical Engineers. They are looking for Junior to Senior level candidates.
You will primarily be responsible for:
Identify, observe and understand customer pain points and problems to find solutions.
Prioritize and validate ideas according to technical and economic criteria.
Observation and evaluation of potential new technology and market trends.
Advanced research and development of new technologies and new innovations based on market and customer research, needs, pain points, requirements and regional standards.
Provide innovative engineering solutions for ware washing.

Within the first 90 days there would be one 3-4 week trip to Germany for onboarding. After year one and the onboarding experience, 3-5 total weeks per year over 2-3 trips.
