Our client has been in the general contracting, design build and construction management business for over 60 years. Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Oversee modeling process with excellent leadership skills

• Understand contracts and solve problems within the prescribed parameters

• Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills

• Communicate with all project stakeholders

× Manage the work of the VDC Engineer

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• Direct experience in ground-up construction

• Experience with 3D construction design, AutoCAD, NavisWorks

• A desire to grow and help the company grow

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred

Salary Range: 90-120K
