Russ Hadick Associates Inc, has partnered with a Construction Management firm managing a billion dollar waste water treatment facility program upgrade for the City of Columbus, OH. The role is to be the project manager of record, with either a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification to be permitted to be the Project Manager of record.
QUALIFICATIONS •
4-year engineering or construction management degree, or equivalent
10 or more years’ experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required in one or more of the following areas: Water and or Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Utilities, Vertical Construction or Transportation
Must be able to apply effective management techniques to maximize project performance.
Thorough understanding of industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities is essential.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills.
Must have previous experience managing construction projects on large, complex and on multiple projects, scheduling and maintaining financial control of the project.
Proficient with Project Management Tools including MS Project, P6 and RS Means
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) • or Certified Construction manager (CCM)
Desired Experience: Waste water project experience. This is the majority of job responsibility.
