    RV BODY SHOP APPRENTICE - Full-Time

    We are a family-owned RV repair business looking for a motivated, dependable individual who wants to learn a skilled trade and grow with our company. You’ll work side by side with an experienced technician, learning RV body and roof repair from the ground up.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist senior technicians with RV body repair, collision repair, and cosmetic restoration

    Prep surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming

    Support fiberglass and structural panel repair on a variety of RV makes and models

    Help with the installation and alignment of exterior components such as doors, windows, and trim

    Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment

    Learn and follow proper use of body shop tools, equipment, and materials

    Assist with quality inspections to ensure repairs meet shop standards

    Requirements:

    No prior RV experience required — a willingness to learn is a must

    Basic mechanical or hands-on experience in auto body, construction, or a related trade is a plus

    Ability to work with hand and power tools safely and effectively

    Able to think, pay attention, and use good judgment

    Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive team-oriented attitude

    Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the workday

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    High school diploma or GED preferred
