About the Role
Liberty Trail RV is seeking an experienced and organized RV Parts Manager to lead our parts department. This role is critical to supporting our service team, maximizing parts profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate understands RV parts operations, inventory control, and team leadership, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all daily operations of the RV parts department
Order, receive, stock, and price RV parts and accessories
Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts
Work closely with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability
Assist retail customers and technicians with parts identification and recommendations
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturers
Monitor parts sales, margins, and obsolescence
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines
Train, supervise, and support parts department staff (if applicable)
Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor (RV, automotive, marine, or powersports preferred)
Strong knowledge of RV components, systems, and accessories
Experience with dealership DMS/software systems
Excellent organizational and inventory management skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
